There are tools for removing backgrounds I want to remove the black ground from the gif, and have just the white rain falling, but i'm not sure how to do it, or if it can even be done They work very well, but can be a bit expensive for many people

For mac, you can either use mac’s built in background removal (right click file, services —> remove bg) Or you can use raycast + remove.bg plugin allowing you to select the image, press a hotkey and the new file is created in place Unfortunately i don’t have an efficient solution on pc since i do most of my design work on mac.
